Trade Assurance is a buyer-protection system that ensures safe payment, confirmed production timelines, and guaranteed product quality when ordering from DEETEA 2, LLC.

How does Trade Assurance protect my payment?

Your payment is held securely and is only released to the supplier after you confirm that the order meets all agreed specifications, quality standards, and shipping conditions.

What payment methods are accepted?

We support protected bank transfer, Trade Assurance gateway, PayPal for samples, credit card (where applicable), and Letter of Credit for large-volume orders.

What happens if the product quality is not as described?

You can open a Trade Assurance claim. After review, you may receive a partial or full refund depending on the findings. We also provide proactive QC updates before shipment to avoid issues.

What if the order is delayed?

If the delay is caused by the supplier’s production schedule, buyers are eligible for protection through the Trade Assurance dispute system.

Can I request production updates?

Yes. We provide photos, videos, and QC reports during manufacturing to keep you informed throughout the process.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time varies by product type and order quantity. Standard orders usually ship within 10–12 days. Customized items may require additional production time, which will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Do you provide after-sales support?

Yes. We offer full technical support, spare parts supply, operation guidance, and warranty assistance depending on the product category.

How are vehicles and large equipment packaged?

All vehicles and heavy units are packed using reinforced steel frames, wooden crates, or export-grade protective materials to ensure safe international transport.

Do you allow third-party inspections?

Is Trade Assurance available for all products?

Do sample orders also qualify?

We support protected bank transfer, Trade Assurance gateway, PayPal for samples, credit card (where applicable), and Letter of Credit for large-volume orders.

We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance, bank transfer (T/T), and other secure channels approved internationally.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes. Factory visits are welcome. We can arrange transportation, guided tours, and on-site product testing for serious buyers or distributors.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We export globally, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia. Shipping options include sea freight, land transport, and special logistics for vehicles.

Can I request a pre-shipment inspection?

Absolutely. We offer internal QC reports, third-party inspections (SGS/TÜV/BV), and detailed production photos/videos before shipment.

Do you accept customized products under Trade Assurance?

Yes. OEM/ODM products can be placed under Trade Assurance as long as specifications, samples, and drawings are confirmed before production.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product (vehicles, trailers, electronics, etc.). We support trial orders for new buyers.

How do I start a Trade Assurance order?
